In home building, "flooring" refers to the finished, topmost layer of material—such as hardwood, tile, carpet, or vinyl—that covers a floor's structure. It also refers to the entire layered system beneath this surface, which includes the subfloor and underlayment. The purpose of flooring is to provide a durable, safe, and aesthetically pleasing surface for walking and daily activities.

SERVICE OVERVIEW

We’ll manage your renovation or remodeling project from start to finish, so you can enjoy your weekends instead of spending them on construction.  Our own team completes most of the work, and when specialized plumbing or electrical services are needed, we bring in trusted local professionals we know personally.  Just share your vision, approve the budget and timeline, sign the paperwork, and we’ll take care of everything else.

Absolutely!  Before laying the foundation, you can customize your floor plan!  We’ve always encouraged buyers to tailor our layouts to suit their lifestyle.  We just need to review any changes to confirm they meet site and structural standards.

Buyers are welcome to visit the property! Just give us a call ahead of time to schedule your visit. Upon arrival, all visitors must wear appropriate safety equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
