Absolutely!  Before laying the foundation, you can customize your floor plan!  We’ve always encouraged buyers to tailor our layouts to suit their lifestyle.  We just need to review any changes to confirm they meet site and structural standards.

Buyers are welcome to visit the property! Just give us a call ahead of time to schedule your visit. Upon arrival, all visitors must wear appropriate safety equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines.

Feel free to bring any layout changes, ideas, questions, color choices, or anything else you’d like us to review.
